The Leaders Co-Lab is offering Retreat 1 - Leading from Your Authentic Core, the first step in a 7-month experiential journey into a pioneering Collective Leadership approach developed by PresenceAtWork in Europe and Australia.
This retreat focuses on developing self-awareness and insight into personal leadership impact. Participants deepen their insights about who they are at their core and discover what it is to be “fully expressed” and coming from the authentic self. They gain insights into personal beliefs and behavior patterns. Through the Leader Being Strength Indicator (LBSI) team assessment, participants learn about the unique qualities and talents that each person can contribute to the collective. This retreat powerfully creates connection, appreciation and trust between team members.
Collective Leadership is a way of leading that leverages both the individual and complementary strengths of those in an organizational system to achieve powerful results when aligned by a shared purpose. This program responds to the growing need for leaders at all levels in organizations to work collaboratively and lead collectively.
The Allies program is an opportunity for visionary leaders to experience the Collective Leadership capacity building program in an open enrollment format. Allies share an interest in transforming organizations to lead more effectively in the face of accelerating change and complexity. This program is designed to generate significant personal and professional growth and has a profound impact. Multiple learning approaches are leveraged, e.g. facilitated discussions, experiential exercises, coaching and personal reflection. Personal and cultural change is a journey and this program supports that journey with three retreats over approximately 6 - 8 months plus three in-between coaching sessions to reinforce learning.
